Our Founder and President :
Though founded in 2012, Alison Etinoff, the Founder and President of ECS has developed a close relationship with her clients, handling and supporting a variety of water, wastewater and stormwater related projects. Alison Etinoff has helped municipalities across the United States including but not limited to: Municipality of Anchorage, Philadelphia Water Department, City of Philadelphia Water Revenue Bureau (WRB), City of Newark, Delaware Department of Public Works, Tulsa Municipal Utility Authority (TMUA) throughout her career in utility management.
