Etinoff Inc. will provide Public outreach services for the City of Wilmington’s Small Mains Replacement Project. Brandywine Construction Corp Inc. (BCCI), the City’s General Contractor, performing small main replacements. Main replacement maintenance plays an essential role in water quality.
